Our software products are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (B2B). We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
